Custom CRM for Your Business in Dubai

Custom CRM for Your Business in Dubai — Listonics

Built around how you work

Custom CRM for Your Business: A CRM built around how your business actually runs — your pipeline, your quotes, your job records — by the team that already manages your systems, accounts and data.

Most offices reach a point where the spreadsheet has become the system. It holds the quotes, the job list and the client history, three people edit it, and nobody is certain which copy is current.

Listonics builds the tool that replaces it: a CRM, a quoting system, a job tracker, a portal for clients to see their own records. Because we already run your network, your Microsoft 365 tenant and your backup, the tool is built with your identity, your permissions and your recovery plan in mind rather than bolted on beside them.

Applications are built against the OWASP Top Ten as a baseline, and data handling follows UAE data protection law where personal data is involved.

What we get called in to fix

  • A quoting spreadsheet that three people edit, where nobody can say which copy is current.
  • Client history living in one person's mailbox, which leaves when they do.
  • A process that works, running on a tool nobody has configured, so half the team has invented a workaround.
  • Data in a system the business cannot export from, discovered when they try to change supplier.
  • A tool built years ago by someone who has left, with no documentation and no one willing to touch it.

Who needs this

Dubai offices of 5–200 people that depend on IT every hour but do not have an in-house IT department — professional firms, trading companies, clinics, agencies and start-ups.

What a custom build typically covers:

  • A short discovery to map what the spreadsheet or the current system actually does.
  • A specification you sign off, with what is in scope and what is explicitly not.
  • Sign-in through your existing Microsoft 365 accounts rather than another password.
  • Roles and permissions, so people see what their job needs and not the rest.
  • Backup and export built in from the start, so your data is never trapped in the tool.

Off-the-shelf first, custom second

If an existing product does the job, we will say so and set that up instead. Custom software is worth building when the process is genuinely yours, not when it is a standard one nobody has configured properly.

What is in scope, and what is not

In scope: discovery of the current process, a written specification you approve, the build, sign-in through your existing Microsoft 365 accounts, roles and permissions, data import from whatever holds it now, export and backup, and documentation written for whoever maintains it next.

Deliberately not in scope unless agreed: accounting and payroll functions that belong in accounting software, e-commerce checkout, mobile apps in the app stores, and integrations with on-premise systems that publish no API. We assess those before quoting rather than after.

How pricing works

Quoted as a fixed scope after a free site survey, itemised line by line — equipment, cabling, licences and labour — so the total is known before work starts. Ongoing support is a separate, predictable monthly fee per user or device.

How implementation works

  1. Consult — a free site survey and a conversation about headcount, floor plan and what is already in place.
  2. Design & source — a fixed-scope proposal with equipment listed item by item.
  3. Install — delivered, tested and documented on site, usually outside working hours.
  4. Manage — monitoring, helpdesk and monthly management under a support plan, or on-call support if you prefer.

What to compare when choosing a provider

  • Are response and on-site targets written down by priority?
  • Is the quote a fixed scope, itemised, or hourly?
  • Who attends site — employed engineers or subcontractors?
  • Which business-grade brands are proposed, and why those?
  • Will you receive documentation you own — diagrams, accounts, port maps?
  • What exactly is excluded, and what does it cost when it happens?

Frequently asked questions

Buy, in most cases. If your sales process looks like everyone else's, a standard CRM configured properly will beat anything custom on cost and support. Building makes sense when the process is specific to your business and a standard tool would force you to work around it.

You hold the repository and the hosting account, and the data is exportable by design. We document the build so another developer can take it on. That is the test we design against.

Usually yes. Microsoft 365, accounting systems and most modern tools publish an API. Older on-premise systems sometimes do not, and we will tell you before the project starts rather than discovering it halfway through.

Between AED 2,500 and AED 30,000 depending on scope. A single internal tool replacing one spreadsheet sits at the lower end; a multi-user system with integrations and a client portal sits at the upper end. The specification is priced before work begins.

The specification is the control. Everything in it is priced; anything added afterwards is quoted as a change before it is built. Most projects that run away do so because nobody wrote down what finished looks like.

We do, under a support arrangement, or your own developer does. Either way the documentation, the repository and the hosting are yours, and we write the build so that handing it over is a normal event rather than an excavation.

If that is in the specification, yes. It is worth deciding early, because a tool designed for a desk and later squeezed onto a phone is a rebuild, not an adjustment.
