Custom Website Development in Dubai

Custom Website Development in Dubai — Listonics

Built for you, owned by you

Custom Website Development: Custom websites built around your business rather than a template — fast on a phone, structured so search engines and AI assistants can read them, and handed over with the code and hosting in your name.

A business website has two jobs: load quickly on a phone on a UAE mobile network, and make it obvious within a screen what you do and how to start. Most of the sites we are asked to rebuild fail the first and bury the second under a slider.

Listonics builds sites as static or server-rendered pages rather than a stack of plugins, so there is less to break, less to patch and less to slow the site down. Speed is measured against the Core Web Vitals Google publishes and accessibility against the W3C guidelines, because both now affect who sees the site at all.

You own the repository and the hosting account. There is no builder subscription you have to keep paying to keep the site online, and no agency you have to ask for permission to change a phone number.

What we get called in to fix

  • A site built on a page builder that loads six seconds after the tap, on the phone where most of the traffic is.
  • Pages written for the business rather than for what anyone searches, so the site ranks only for its own company name.
  • A hosting account and domain in a previous agency's name, discovered on the day the business tries to move.
  • No analytics and no Search Console, so nobody can say whether the site has ever produced an enquiry.
  • A contact form that has been silently failing for months, with the enquiries going nowhere.

Who needs this

Dubai offices of 5–200 people that depend on IT every hour but do not have an in-house IT department — professional firms, trading companies, clinics, agencies and start-ups.

What a website project includes:

  • A page structure agreed before any design, so pages exist for what people actually search.
  • Design and build, tested from a small phone up to a wide desktop.
  • Structured data so search engines can read what each page is about.
  • Hosting set up in your own account, with SSL and a repeatable deployment.
  • Analytics and Search Console connected, so the site is measurable from the first week.

Built to be handed over

Repository access, hosting credentials and documentation are yours at the end of the project. If you move to another developer, nothing is locked up and nothing has to be rebuilt.

What is in scope, and what is not

In scope: page structure and content planning, design, build, responsive testing, structured data, hosting set up in your own account, SSL, analytics and Search Console, the contact form with delivery tested end to end, and a handover with repository access and documentation.

Deliberately not in scope unless agreed: brand identity and logo design, photography and video, copywriting for pages beyond the agreed structure, e-commerce and payment processing, and ongoing content production after launch. Each can be quoted separately.

How pricing works

Quoted as a fixed scope after a free site survey, itemised line by line — equipment, cabling, licences and labour — so the total is known before work starts. Ongoing support is a separate, predictable monthly fee per user or device.

How implementation works

  1. Consult — a free site survey and a conversation about headcount, floor plan and what is already in place.
  2. Design & source — a fixed-scope proposal with equipment listed item by item.
  3. Install — delivered, tested and documented on site, usually outside working hours.
  4. Manage — monitoring, helpdesk and monthly management under a support plan, or on-call support if you prefer.

What to compare when choosing a provider

  • Are response and on-site targets written down by priority?
  • Is the quote a fixed scope, itemised, or hourly?
  • Who attends site — employed engineers or subcontractors?
  • Which business-grade brands are proposed, and why those?
  • Will you receive documentation you own — diagrams, accounts, port maps?
  • What exactly is excluded, and what does it cost when it happens?

Frequently asked questions

A brochure site of eight to fifteen pages is usually four to six weeks: structure and copy first, then design, then build and testing. The part that decides the timeline is almost always how quickly content and approvals come back, not the build.

We maintain existing WordPress sites and will keep yours if it suits you. For a new build we usually recommend against it, because most of what a brochure site needs does not justify a database, a plugin stack and a monthly patching obligation.

Yes, and it is the easiest way to start. Send three or four sites you like and say what you like about each — the layout, the tone, how a particular page is laid out. We design in that direction. What we will not do is copy a specific site: the design and the words on it belong to whoever made them, and a business that gets a copy of a competitor is buying a legal problem rather than a website.

You know the business; we structure it. Most projects run as a working session per section, which we turn into drafts for you to correct. If you would rather write it yourself, we give you the structure and the word counts.

Projects at Listonics run between AED 2,500 and AED 30,000 depending on the number of pages, whether content is written from scratch, and whether anything has to integrate with a system you already run. You get an itemised proposal before anything starts.

If the old site has rankings worth keeping, yes, provided the URLs are mapped. Every page that changes address gets a redirect to its nearest equivalent, which is the step most rebuilds skip and the reason traffic sometimes falls off a cliff after a relaunch.

We set hosting up in your own account and you pay the provider directly, usually a few dollars a month at this size. We would rather not sit between you and your own infrastructure, and it means you are never locked in.

Small text and image changes we do on request. If you would rather make them yourself, we can build the site so that the pages you change often are editable without touching code, and show you how.
