IT Support Dubai

Helpdesk, on-site engineers and proactive monitoring for Dubai offices — under one predictable agreement.

Quick answer

IT support for a Dubai office means one team that keeps the network, workstations, Microsoft 365, security and backups running: a helpdesk staff can call, engineers who come on site, monitoring that catches problems early, and response times written into an agreement. Listonics provides all of this to offices of 5–200 people across Dubai.

Who needs IT support in Dubai

Most offices reach the point where IT problems cost more than a support partner: the same Wi-Fi drop every week, a laptop that takes a day to set up, an email account locked before a client meeting. Without a named provider, each incident becomes a scramble for whoever is free.

Listonics typically supports professional-services firms, trading companies, clinics, agencies and start-ups with 5 to 200 staff — offices that depend on IT every hour but are too small for an internal IT department, or whose one IT person needs cover and specialist backup.

What our IT support includes

  • Unlimited remote helpdesk for staff via phone, WhatsApp and email, with agreed response times.
  • Scheduled and emergency on-site visits across Dubai.
  • 24/7 monitoring of network, servers, endpoints and backups.
  • Patch management, endpoint protection and Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Vendor management — ISP, printers, software providers — so you make one call.
  • Monthly report of tickets, changes and recommendations.
  • Documentation: network diagram, asset register, account list and port map.

How pricing works

Support is priced as a fixed monthly fee per user or per device, set after a short assessment of your office. The fee depends on headcount, the number of devices and servers, whether you want on-site visits included, and the coverage hours you need. Everything included is listed in the agreement; project work such as a new network or an office move is quoted separately as a fixed scope.

We do not publish a single universal price because a 12-person cloud-only office and a 120-person office with servers are not the same job — but every quote is itemised and there are no surprise invoices. See our guide to IT support costs in Dubai for what drives the number.

Response times we commit to

Every agreement states acknowledgement and on-site targets by priority. Critical, office-wide outages are acknowledged within 15 minutes and worked on immediately with same-day dispatch; a team or key system down within 30 minutes and on site within four business hours; single-user issues within two business hours; requests and changes the same business day. The full table is on the Managed IT Support page.

How an engagement starts

  • Free assessment: an engineer reviews your network, devices, accounts, security and backups and documents what exists.
  • Proposal: a fixed monthly fee with the scope, response times and any recommended one-off fixes itemised.
  • Onboarding: monitoring agents installed, documentation completed, urgent gaps fixed in the first two weeks.
  • Ongoing: helpdesk, visits, patching and a monthly review — with a quarterly conversation about what to improve.

What to compare when choosing IT support

  • Are response times written down by priority, for both remote and on-site work?
  • Is on-site support in Dubai included, or billed per visit?
  • Who actually attends — employed engineers or subcontractors?
  • Is monitoring proactive (they call you) or reactive (you call them)?
  • Will you receive documentation you own if you ever change provider?
  • Is the fee fixed, or does it grow with every ticket?

Frequently asked questions

Yes. Many offices start with a monthly plan or ad-hoc support and move to an annual agreement once they see how the service works. Projects are always quoted separately as a fixed scope.

For a critical outage under a support plan, dispatch is immediate and same-day. For lower priorities the on-site target is within four business hours or the next business day, as written in the agreement.

Yes — mixed environments are common in Dubai offices. Both are covered under the same plan, including management, protection and Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.

Yes. We often provide monitoring, out-of-hours cover and specialist work (network, security, cloud) while the internal person handles day-to-day requests.

On-site work is focused on Dubai; remote helpdesk, monitoring and cloud administration are delivered to offices across the UAE.
