We reply to every enquiry

Let's talk about your office.

A short note is enough to start, how many people, what is already in place, and what you want to fix or set up. A Listonics engineer will follow up personally, usually within a day, to talk through whether and how we can help.

What happens after you get in touch

A Listonics engineer replies, not a sales team. The reply is a short conversation rather than a brochure: how many people, where the office is, what is already in place and what is going wrong. Enough to tell you whether we are the right firm for the job, which we will say plainly if we are not.

If a survey makes sense, we book it at a time that suits your working day. From that visit you get a fixed-scope proposal listing the work and the equipment item by item, so you can compare it against anything else you have been quoted. Projects run from AED 2,500 to AED 30,000 depending on requirement, and ongoing support is a fixed monthly fee with response times written into the agreement rather than implied. The IT support cost guide explains what moves the monthly figure before you speak to anyone.

Which way to contact us

Four situations, four different best routes. An outage in particular should not go through a form.

  • Something is down right nowCall or message WhatsApp rather than using the form. The support line is staffed around the clock, and an outage needs a person on the phone, not an email in a queue. Our emergency IT support page explains what happens on that call.
  • You want a quote or a survey bookedThe form is the right route, and a few lines is enough to start. Headcount, area of Dubai and the one thing that is bothering you most will get you a useful first reply.
  • You have a long or detailed requirementEmail is easier than a form field. Send the floor plan, the fit-out drawings or the current provider's contract and we will read them before replying.
  • You are comparing providers and have questionsWhatsApp works well for this, because most of the questions worth asking have short answers. The services page also routes nine common situations to the right starting point.

What the free assessment involves

The assessment is free and carries no obligation. An engineer spends between half a day and a day on site depending on the size of the office, and looks at the things that actually decide whether IT holds up: how the network is cabled and configured rather than how the diagram describes it, the state of the devices, the cloud tenant and its administrator accounts, and whether a backup exists and has ever been restored.

You keep what comes out of it. If the visit concludes that your setup is sound and needs nothing, we will tell you that and there is no invoice. If it finds problems, you get them in writing, ranked by risk, and you are free to hand that document to another provider. An IT audit is the same exercise carried out as a formal fixed-price engagement with a fuller written report, for offices that want the document itself as the deliverable.

Questions before you get in touch

An engineer replies to every enquiry. The support line is staffed around the clock for existing clients with an agreement, so if something is down, call or message WhatsApp rather than waiting on an email. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for urgent problems and everyday questions alike.

It is free and there is no catch. An engineer visits, looks at the office and tells you what they find. If nothing needs doing, we say so and send no invoice. You keep the findings and can take them to another provider. We would rather lose a quote than sell an office something it does not need.

Probably not. We work with offices of roughly five to two hundred people, and the smaller end is a large part of what we do. If you are two people with no shared systems we will tell you honestly that a full support agreement is more than you need, and suggest what would actually help instead.

The first assessment visit is free across Dubai. Outside the emirate, in Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah or Fujairah, we usually start with a remote review and then plan a site visit, because travel has to be scheduled rather than assumed. We will be clear about that before anything is booked.

Headcount, which area of Dubai you are in, and the single thing bothering you most. If a move is coming, the date matters more than anything else, because lead times on cabling and internet lines are what cause missed opening days. Floor plans and fit-out drawings are welcome but not needed to start.

Yes, and often we have to. Building management controls riser access and out-of-hours work in most Dubai towers, and we raise that paperwork ourselves. Where you are changing provider, we handle the technical handover and tell you what to ask the outgoing firm for before the notice period starts.
