What we do
Nine services cover the lifecycle of an office's technology: new office setup, structured cabling, network and Wi-Fi, workplace setup, Microsoft 365 and cloud, cybersecurity, NAS storage and backup, office relocation and managed IT support (IT AMC). Most clients start with one and grow into a support plan.
How we work
Every project starts with a free site survey and ends with documentation you own. Projects are quoted as a fixed scope; support is a fixed monthly fee with response times written into the agreement. The engineers who quote are the engineers who attend site — we do not subcontract site work.
We install manufacturer-approved, business-grade equipment only — Cisco, Ubiquiti, Aruba, Fortinet, Synology, QNAP, Dell, HP, Lenovo and Microsoft 365 — and recommend on requirements, not on the highest price.
Where we work
On-site installation and support across Dubai — Business Bay, Downtown, DIFC, JLT, Dubai Marina, Al Quoz, Deira, Dubai Silicon Oasis and beyond — with remote helpdesk, monitoring and cloud administration for offices anywhere in the UAE.
