How the commission works
When you close a deal from a lead we brought you, you pay a commission of 10 to 20% on that deal. The percentage is negotiable and depends on the business: a high-ticket service with a long sales cycle sits at the lower end, a fast-moving shop at the higher end. It is agreed in writing before the work starts and does not change mid-year.
Commission applies only to leads that came through this work. Your existing customers, walk-ins, referrals from friends and anyone who found you some other way are yours, with nothing owed. That is what the lead tagging is for: it keeps the count honest in both directions.
If you do not sell, we do not earn beyond the monthly plan. You grow, we grow. Both win. Simple.
