We start with your floor plan and how many staff you have. We design the network and the power layout around where your team sits and how they work, get the right equipment, and install it all before your people arrive. What is in scope, and what is not
In scope: the network design and installation, cabling coordinated with the fit-out contractor, access points and switches, a firewall with the internet line ordered and tested, workstation builds with a standard image, printers, Microsoft 365 accounts with security settings applied from the start, and documentation you own at handover.
Deliberately not in scope unless agreed: the fit-out itself, electrical and containment works beyond what cabling needs, furniture with integrated power, and audio-visual systems for boardrooms. We coordinate with the contractors doing those so the network arrives where it is needed, but we do not pretend to be them.

Quoted as one fixed-scope project after a site survey: cabling runs, rack and network equipment, workstations, licences, security baseline and labour, each itemised. Headcount, number of data points, cabling category and equipment grade drive the total.
How implementation works

A typical office of 10 to 40 people takes two to four weeks from survey to go-live, and most of that runs at the same time as your fit-out. Cabling goes in early. The equipment is installed and tested in the last few days.
Yes. We coordinate directly with your contractor on cable routes, rack location and power so IT is built into the space rather than added afterwards.
No, but most clients do. We get business-grade hardware at trade prices and warrant the whole install. If you already own equipment, we check it and reuse what makes sense.
You can hand the office over to our Managed IT Support plan for monitoring, helpdesk and monthly management, or keep us on call for ad-hoc support.
Before the fit-out drawings are final, ideally. That is when cabling routes, the comms room position and access-point locations cost nothing to decide and a great deal to change. As a practical minimum, the internet line should be ordered as soon as the lease is signed, because its lead time is outside anyone's control.
Yes, and it is the arrangement that works best. We give the contractor a cabling schedule and containment requirements early, attend site during first fix, and test every point before the ceilings close. What causes trouble is IT arriving after handover to find the walls already finished.
Most new offices of five to fifty people run on Microsoft 365 with no server at all, which removes a room, a maintenance burden and a single point of failure. The exceptions are offices with very large files that need fast local access, where a NAS is usually the right answer rather than a full server. The survey settles it.
