Getting a new employee working should take minutes, not a day of downloads and password resets. Listonics sets up your workplace so that every device arrives configured, secured and joined to your systems.
We build a standard image for your laptops and PCs, deploy them with the right software and policies, connect printers and meeting-room screens, and create accounts with the correct access from the start. Leavers are handled just as cleanly. Zero-touch setup and central policy are documented in Windows Autopilot and Microsoft Intune.

What is in scope, and what is not
In scope: a standard laptop specification so purchasing is simple and support is consistent, a build image so a new machine is ready in an hour rather than a day, deployment through Windows Autopilot and management through Microsoft Intune so devices configure themselves and can be wiped remotely, encryption on by default, printers set up properly once, and a joiner process that has a laptop on the desk before the person arrives. Not in scope: the procurement decision itself, which is yours -- we recommend a specification and can source it, but which brand and which budget is a business choice. Nor do we support consumer devices staff bring from home beyond the security controls that protect company data on them.
How pricing works
Hardware at trade pricing plus a fixed per-device configuration and deployment fee; ongoing onboarding of new staff is included in a support plan.
How implementation works
- Consult, a free site survey and a conversation about headcount, floor plan and what is already in place.
- Design & source, a fixed-scope proposal with equipment listed item by item.
- Install, delivered, tested and documented on site, usually outside working hours.
- Manage, monitoring, helpdesk and monthly management under a support plan, or on-call support if you prefer.

With a standard build and Autopilot, a laptop taken out of the box configures itself against your settings and is ready within an hour, with the person's accounts, applications and security already in place. Without those, the same machine takes a day of somebody's time and the result differs each time.
That is a finance question more than an IT one, and both work. What matters technically is that whichever route you choose, the machines are a consistent specification and are managed centrally, so a leased fleet and a purchased fleet are supported identically. We can recommend a specification for either.
It is wiped remotely on the day they go, which removes their data and their access at once, then re-imaged from the standard build for the next person. That only works if the device was managed from the start, which is the reason we set it up that way rather than after the first departure.
